For any additional posts, you can raise an artwork request.

Every month we will be giving you 8 credits, which means your package will include additional 8 posts for which you can raise artwork request. If you want to get more posts/artworks designed, you can buy credits (Rs.100/credit)

We commit to give you the artwork within 12 to 24 hours after you raise the artwork request. Some artworks like brochures, leaflets, etc might take up to 48 hours. But our design team will try their best to give these artworks within 24 hours.

All you need to do is fill up the sign up form, accept the terms and conditions and click sign up. You will then be asked to select a package (Monthly/Quarterly/Half-yearly/Yearly). Select a package and make the payment.

Once you sign up and make the payment, our team will initiate the onboarding for your preschool, where the account manager will call you and request the rights for your Facebook page & Google Business listing.

It will take maximum of 2 working days for the onboarding process for your preschool.

We will be managing your preschool’s Facebook page, Google Business listing and Instagram handle.

We have Google business experts and we will optimize your preschools google business listing so that it ranks in the top 3 ranks when searched on google search. It make take anytime between 7 days to 45 days to rank your preschool in the top three searches, depending on your current ranking.

Yes. We do run ads on all the three platforms. Infact, we will guide you in terms or which ads we should run, when it should be published, what should be the ideal budget for the ad, etc.

We wont be charging you any extra service charge, but yes the amount utilised for the ads will have to be paid by you. For eg. if you want to run a 10 days paid campaign with a budget of Rs.500/day, then Rs.5,000 is what you will have to pay us through the portal.

All you need to do is login on CreativeConnect and click on “Paid Campaigns” menu and request for an ad. Before doing this, you can have a detailed discussion with the account manager assigned to you for better guidance and optimal results from the ad.

If you sign up before 10th of the month, the renewal date will be 22nd of the same month, but if you sign up after 10th of the month, then the renewal date will be 22nd of the next month.

We dont not have a refund policy. But you can always right to us at creative31minds@gmail.com with your reason for a refund.
