1. Payment once made through the portal after sign up is not refundable in any circumstances. 2. All subscriptions are to be renewed by making the monthly/quarterly/half-yearly/yearly payment on or before the 22nd of the month. Any delay in payment will delay the monthly post designing and scheduling. 3. Amount paid for social media paid campaigns is non refundable. The balance amount can be utilised only for the paid campaigns and cannot be combined with the monthly subscription fees.
